What are we like? There is no single correct answer to this question. As a global organisation, we are simply naturally diverse – and this diversity is the source of our strength. We have unique passions, original talents, and our own beliefs. Together, we form a happy family, even if our international character makes us a bit unusual. In our Havas family, we are all convinced of one thing – that everybody deserves a chance to present their best side.
We support each other in our professional and personal endeavours. Regular meetings, integration breakfasts, mindfulness classes, as well as pro-health and pro-ecological initiatives create a work environment that leaves no one feeling excluded. We value those for whom work is not their only passion, because we believe that our private interests help drive the development of professional ones, and vice versa. We believe in management through objectives: we prefer to give people more freedom rather than assign them specific tasks. We respect different points of view and engaging discussions. We know so much about our work that we could talk about it for hours. Yet, we are even more enthusiastic about the things that we have yet to explore! Thanks to Havas University, and such development programmes as HavasLoft and Femmes Forward, we continuously discover new aspects of the world and gain new skills. We organise training and invite inspirational speakers – we love learning from others. Our proprietary tool, HavaSay, is an element of our feedback culture, which monitors employees’ needs and facilitates our development as an organisation. We make every effort to keep our ideas fresh and to remain open to innovation.
